The First Step is a thorough and complete inspection

Before MoldEaters provides any type of service, you need to be comfortable with who we are and what we can do to help. Please call us and ask questions. Our first consultation and initial evaluation is free. After the initial evaluation, we may recommend a more comprehensive moisture inspection report.

The Second Step is accurate and verified testing

A MoldEaters moisture inspection report includes a complete photographic study with a detailed written evaluation and specific recommendations. Our report will include an accurate quote for your guaranteed mold and moisture solution.

Before any repair work to fix a moisture problem, we scientifically test your home. We test the moisture, temperature and humidity throughout your house and collect air samples from multiple places inside and outside to accurately measure the mold spore count throughout your environment. These spore samples are then sent to EMLab, a renowned independent laboratory for identification, verification and precise counting.

The Third Step is a thorough cleaning of your home

The inside of your entire home is wiped down or scrubbed with our organic mold-eating enzyme solution. Then, we use a HEPA (high efficiency particulate air) vacuum to capture loose debris and organic material prior to the enzyme fogging process.

The Fourth Step is an enzyme fog

Now it is time to reach the places that no one can go. Our enzyme fog will reach inside every nook and cranny of your home: deep into fabric, inside your heating and air conditioning systems, into crawl spaces and attic insulation. The enzymes zero in and literally consume the mold and spores. We follow our organic enzyme fog with a second HEPA vacuum process to capture the maximum amount of remaining mold particles possible.

The Fifth Step is follow-up testing and our Guarantee.

After the enzymes have done their work, we go back in and test again for moisture, temperature, humidity and any remaining spores. Take a look at the before and after EMLab test results that our process produced to the right. It is these types of results that enable us to Guarantee our work and solutions, for good!
